Services

Casper Design & Management provides services including (but not limited to):Website design and developmentBranding and graphic designSocial media setup and management. Google Business Profile setup. SEO optimisation. Ongoing website and digital management servicesAll services are provided as agreed at the time of booking.

Payments

Creation packages are charged as one-off payments unless otherwise agreed. Monthly management plans are billed monthly and require a minimum commitment period. Payments must be made in full and on time as agreed before work begins or continues. Failure to make payment may result in delays or suspension of services.

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on: Client response times. Content approval. Changes requested during the projectDelays caused by missing information or late approvals are not the responsibility of Casper Design & Management.

Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included within the scope of the agreed package. Significant changes or additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Once a project has been approved and completed, further changes may be treated as a new request.

Content & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content supplied (text, images, logos, etc.) is accurate, lawful, and owned or licensed for use. Casper Design & Management is not liable for copyright or legal issues arising from client-provided materials.

Ownership & Transfer

Upon full payment, ownership of completed work may be transferred to the client if requested. For monthly management plans, access and management remain with Casper Design & Management for the duration of the agreement. Hosting, domains, and third-party subscriptions may be subject to separate terms.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, work already completed is non-refundable. Monthly management plans require the agreed minimum commitment. Cancellations must be provided in writing. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

Limitation of Liability

Casper Design & Management will not be liable for: Loss of profits, business, or data. Website downtime caused by third-party providers. Issues arising from changes made by the client or external parties. We take reasonable care in delivering our services but cannot guarantee specific results. Third-Party Services. Our services may include or rely on third-party platforms (such as website hosting, social media platforms, or payment providers). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policies imposed by third parties.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems.
